Kathleen Oberst, RN, PhD

Biography

Kathleen Oberst is the Director at the Institute for Health Policy (IHP) where she oversees the Institute’s activities. Kathleen has worked at IHP over 25 years. She has served as Principal Investigator on an Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality funded project and directs several program evaluations for the State of Michigan. She is a Registered Nurse and holds undergraduate degrees in microbiology from the University of Michigan and nursing from Wayne State University. She obtained gradua
