Biography
Kevin Brooks is the Director of the Program Evaluation & Health Services Research Unit at the Institute for Health Policy. He leads a dynamic team of professionals supporting the efforts of Michigan’s health information technologies (HIT) / health information exchange (HIE) initiatives by designing and implementing analytic projects and processes intended to document the evolution of HIT/HIE in the state.
