The MSU Institute for Health Policy is pleased to announce the 2019 NCQA corporate training session for Michigan Medicaid health plans. We have worked with NCQA to develop a one-day session with topics that we hope will be useful and informative:
- Health Plan Accreditation 2020 Standards: Changes and Updates
- Health Plan Product Changes
- Health Plan Accreditation 2020: Health Plan Ratings & Performance Measures
- HEDIS 2020 Updates
- Medicare Advantage (MA) and Medicaid Deeming
Registration is $375.00 per person payable by credit card or check. Note: This seminar is for Michigan Medicaid health plans. Individuals interested in attending but not affiliated with a Michigan Medicaid health plan should contact Courtney Lowe at firstname.lastname@example.org.
NCQA provides electronic material for all education seminars. You will receive an email from NCQA with a link to the materials one week prior to the training. Please make sure we have your correct e-mail. Registration will close Monday, November 4, 2019 to allow for distribution of the training materials. (Note: Late participants (substitutions) after the November 4, 2019 date will receive training materials after notification/registration with IHP).
We are adhering to NCQA policies: Cancellations received by November 4, 2019 are entitled to a refund of the registration fee paid, less a $150.00 processing fee. Upon receipt of the cancellation notice, you will receive a refund notification email. Refunds will be made in the same form that payments were received and processing may take up to 30 days. There are no refunds for cancellations received fewer than 10 days before the start date of the seminar.
Overnight Accommodations: Recommended Local Hotels and Inns
Please keep in mind that the conference facilities are often cool and temperatures are not easily controlled. We recommend that attendees bring a sweater or jacket to ensure their comfort during the sessions.
We look forward to seeing you on November 13th!
