Patrick Thompson is a Data Resource Analyst at the Institute for Health Policy where he supervises the informatics activities for four major population health initiatives for IHP and Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) partners. Patrick is responsible for the full data processing workflow for these initiatives, including the raw data processing, cleaning, documentation, and reporting for several studies typically comprised of terabytes worth of population health data and thousands of lines of code.
