The MSU Institute for Health Policy is pleased to announce the 2018 NCQA Corporate Training session for Michigan Medicaid health plans. We have worked with NCQA to develop a one-day session at which the following useful and informative topics will be presented:

- Complex Case Management: Exercises
REGISTRATION: $375.00 per person payable by credit card or check. Note: This seminar is for affiliates of Michigan Medicaid health plans only. Others who are interested in attending but are not affiliated with a Michigan Medicaid health plan should contact Keely Debusschere at Keely.Debusschere@hc.msu.edu.
TRAINING MATERIALS: NCQA provides electronic materials for all education seminars. You will receive an email from NCQA (email@example.com) with a link to the materials one week prior to the training. Please make sure to provide us with your correct e-mail when you register. Registration will close Monday, November 5, 2018, to allow for distribution of the training materials. (Note: Late participants (substitutions) after the November 5, 2018 date will receive training materials after notification/registration with IHP).
REFUNDS: We are adhering to NCQA policies: Cancellations received by November 5, 2018 are entitled to a refund of the registration fee paid, less a $150.00 processing fee. Upon receipt of the cancellation notice, you will receive a refund notification email. Refunds will be made in the same form that payments were received and processing may take up to 30 days. There are no refunds for cancellations received after November 5, 2018.
Overnight Accommodations: Recommended Local Hotels and Inns
Please keep in mind that the conference facilities are often cool and temperatures are not easily controlled. We recommend that attendees bring a sweater or jacket to ensure their comfort during the training session.
